First of all, no matter how much I changed it, I couldn't get to Checkpoint 2, my data was the same, I even created a new document but couldn't get to it, and then when I got to 2B, 2A had more problems and I didn't know what to do.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

The good news is that 3a and 3b are not affected by the previous labs at all. So you can get 100% on those even if 2a and 2b are completely messed up. As for 2b I may be able to help get more points but it is too late to help with 2a. It would take hours to fix it. But it would only take 30 min to get a new account and catch up to start 2a again if you want more points on that one.
Yeah, when you do Lab 2b, you are deleting and changing everything from 2a, so you really need to finish grading 2a before you start 2b. It's almost impossible to undo everything from 2b so you can get a better score for 2a. But if you want to, you could get a brand new fresh account and then you can skip 1a and just do Steps 5-36 of 1b and then start 2a fresh. Then you just need to make sure you do all the steps right and you could get 100%.
