I cannot find pitch under the object Manager for step 1

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Then it must be in a different account. You probably got two accounts when you were first getting one and both have the same username so you’re confused beteeen the two. Look in you inbox. I bet you have two Welcome emails from Salesforce and each shows the same username but they are for two different accounts. Let me know, ok? If that’s it, I can tell you what to do.
