In the step 17, it did not show the contact name for me to edit.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Hello Dr. Tim, I too have run into the probelm of restrting the max lab 2A. Upon "attempting" to restart I ran into a similar probelm where i was not able to enter the Customer Name. I have read your threads below and was just wondering if there is ay way to better my score? What are the next steps I can take to actually restart from scratch and acheive a better mark?

I cannot proceed because I cannot find or complete a new pitch record.. I tried following the instructions to correct the errors but nothing works.
I have the same problem, I cannot create New Pitch record because fields on right side such as mobile, email followup,etc are missing. I tried to fix only the problems reported in the cchek points but was unsuccessful, Hence I went back to previous steps. Could someone please help to resolve this issue. Thanks.
It looks like you are trying to start over and redo the exercise from the beginning. The form looks different because the later steps have already been done in this account.
Redoing the assignment doesn't work. The cover page says not to try that because it can make things worse.
If you ran into a problem later on, then you need to fix just that one problem, not try to redo everything because once you have created something, you can't create it again.
What is the actualy problem you are trying to fix?
