with the given in Lab 2a I have everything all written correctly and I can see it on my screen, I don't know why the salesforce is not receiving it.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yes, if you look more carefully, you can see that you entered the date of 10/27 instead of 10/7 so the error message was telling you correctly that your data wasn't matching what was stated in the instructions:

If you correct your work as recommended in the error message, then rescore and then refresh the page, your score will update properly. Try clicking the link shown at the end of the error message above where it says "If you want to fix this and regrade, click here to see how."
