Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

For Steps 91-113 I followed the directions in order and went back to see if I made any mistakes but I am still not getting credit for it.
The meeting Ids are present there but the grader is still saying I didn't do them
What should I do to receive credit for this?

Hi, yeah, sorry that's my fault. The link you used to install the grader app wasn't fully updated to you're not using the latest version right now. That issue has been fixed in the latest version.
If you do these 10 steps below, you'll have the latest version and when you run the grader for 2a, it will give you the correct score then. But first make sure you've already submitted your grade certificates for Lab 1a/1b because those will be cleared when you uninstall/re-install, ok?
Go to Setup > Apps > Packaging > Installed Packages
Find Max Labs Grader (NOT MaxzPitchPackage!) and click Uninstall
Scroll to bottom and click Do not save a copy of this package’s data after uninstall
Click OK in the popup
Click Yes, I want to uninstall this package and permanently delete all associated components
Click Uninstall
