My report is saying "Previewing a limited number of records. Run the report to see everything." and is not letting me do step 91 where i can save and run the report

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

If you're sure you don't have the 30-day free trial account, then do these 3 steps so I can access your account and see what's going on:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Then let me know when you're finished with those, ok? Also I'll need your name so i can find the account.
Maybe take a screencap that shows the whole Salesforce workspace, rather than just the cropped part you're showing here so I can see better.

I just turned that on and it still isnt having anything for me to save and run report
You skipped step 82 where you’re supposed to toggle “Update preview automatically” on the upper left. I can see in your sceencap it’s off.
