So Eloise, I logged into your account and I've discovered that Step 47, hovering over a cell to show the entire contents of the cell, only works all the time in Safari. In Chrome, it only works for certain fields. So I have to change that in the instructions. You're probably using Chrome. It's not your fault. Sorry about that. Just skip that part.

No need to try to recreate Pitch Everything. Just go on. Then you won't get the error message in the screencap you posted. (That was about creating a Pitch Everything when one already existed.) Just go on with Step 48 and go forward. I see that the field is no longer locked so it is editable and you should be able to change it s Step 48 requires. Then just go from there.

Ok I can't really understand what you're trying to say. You're on Lab 1b, right? Please confirm. And provide a screencap of what you see that you think is wrong.

And then, do these 3 steps so I can access your account and see what's happening:

Click on the character at the upper right corner and then, in the popup, click “Settings”

On the left vertical menu, click on “Grant Account Login Access”

On the row for The Max Labs Project, use the menu to change “—No Access—“ to “1-Month…”

and tell me your name so I can look up your account. Let me know when you've done them.

After I followed step 47, I could not see the value, I went back to the last page with the arrow. When I went to get back to the pitches format, I tried to enter step 39 again, but I was unable to go forward.

Sorry for the delay, but I finally did get a chance to get into your account and found the problem and fix. For this account, you had already worked 1B before so you had gotten down to higher steps where you took those fields out of the Page Layout for Pitch. When they are out of the Page Layout, then they are locked and can't be changed in List Views like that.

It's really hard to redo the labs in the same account. You would have to undo everything first and then redo it again. Instead you really need to be using a fresh new account. But you don't have to start over again by redoing 1a and you don't have to pay again.
