After uploading Max's Pitch Data I get a message saying, "The matching field you chose (Pitch ID) is not mapped and is required for an Update and Insert operation". This is the first error message I have seen from this step.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Sure, Kenneth. So to get that error, something went wrong back on Step 27. You either skipped it or didn't click Add New Records.
So just cancel the import and then go back and restart the import process. Go to your Pitches tab, make sure the upper left says "Recently Viewed" as the current list view. If not, then click the down-arrow and select "Recently Viewed".
Then pick up with Step 24 again and go from there. Just make sure you do Step 27 exactly as it says and you should be good to go!
