I followed the steps 94-101. Step 101 says, "First, like before, click the Reports tab (not the down-arrow) & then click Discard in the popup." However, I saved my work before seeing that I had to click Discard. Now I realize I wasn't supposed to save it. How do I delete the work I added?
Yeah, so once you've applied that date filter, there's no way to remove it unfortunately, however you CAN just adjust the dates to start way before the first record's date, like any date in 2018, and set the end to be way after the latest one, like any date in 2020 and then all your records will be showing again because they are all in 2019.

Log in and click on the round character icon (upper right corner) and click Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
