When changing my language and Time Zone I get an error, I've contacted salesforce support they told be to delete my account and remake one because they don't have support for developer accounts.

I also assume do to this error and me not being able to change my time and region resulted in importing all of my pitches to fail.

Ok, do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Then I will need your Salesforce Org ID so I can find your account:
4. Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.
5. On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information.
6. In the middle panel, look down in the right column for your Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com
