Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Step 17 of the lab says I should have the tab 'Pitches' under 'Librariers' in the marketing options. However, I don't have the tab pitches. I bought the pro version and during installation the website went under maintenance. Therefore I am confused as to whether this is because of this or some other problem. Please advise.
The screenshot below displays I don't have the pitches tab. Please advise what to do as the due date for this is tomorrow and the website goes under maintenance tomorrow.
Yeah, so it looks like you paid to install Max's Pitch Package on 9/30 but you didn't successfully complete the installation. That package gives you a new Pitch object and Pitch tab but since you didn't install, you don't have those. That's why the Pitch tab isn't showing up there.
So you need to get that installad to make the rest of Lab 1b work. Either you can pay again and I will refund you or you can emai me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com and I'll send you a promo code so you can install without paying again. Either way is ok.
