Ok, good. Yes, I did the steps - the movie was showing your account. But I saw you had one Pitch record and there's supposed to be 10. I think I can fix it for you.

Ok, so I just did a customized import for you to account for the one record you already added so now it is all correct as of Step 36. You can continue from Step 37.

I also took out the extra Business Name field you added.

Everything is correct now, except you typed in your own info for the first Pitch record, P-000, but that should be ok. Or it's easy to fix by editing those fields to look like the one at the top of the Excel file, ok?

Did you see my post at the bottom with the screencap showing your account and the page where you add the Pitches tab? Did that not work?

Here's a video of my screen, as I'm logged into your account, adding the Pitches tab successfully, by doing steps 14-19. The Pitches tab now shows up in your Marketing app:

But then I saw that you already had the first Pitch record in there but not the other 9 that are supposed to be imported. That's a different problem. Not sure how you did that unless you maybe typed it in? I'll work on fixing that for you now.

Ok, are you sure it's been added as a tab?

Do these 3 steps so I can access the account and I'll take a look:

1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings

2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that

3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save

Thanks for the tip. Conner will try. He deleted the old pitch tab from Lab 1a and installed the Max's lab pitch package successfully. I assume that the pitch object was re-installed after he installed the Max's lab ptich package. He edited the fields based on the instruction but could not find the pitch tab on the Marketing app.

Ok, I see. In the first 4 steps of Lab 1b, you are deleting the Pitch object from 1a which deletes everything from that original Pitch object, including its tab.

Then, when you install Max's Pitch Package in 1b, that adds the new Pitch object and its tab, but the tab doesn't appear anywhere, even though it is there, until it is placed explicitly in an app. That is what is done in steps 14-19.

Looking at Connor' account now, I can see that the Pitches tab never got moved over from Available Tabs to Selected Tabs in the Marketing App settings:

So if he did Steps 14-19 already, then maybe he forgot to click Save at the end. So he just needs to do those now and remember to click Save and then the tab will show up in the Marketing app.
