I tried doing the Lab 1b and I was trying to follow the pamphlet, but Salesforce had an update or upgrade and it is not the same as the one shown in the pamphlet. I keep trying to look for icons and menus but I can't find the ones we need to follow to finish it. I installed the 19.99 package in hopes of it changing back but it still looks the same and I am not sure how to finish the assignment if I can't find the icons I need to use. I will attach screenshots to show how it looks like now.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Actually, you managed to toggle your interface into the OLD interface from many years ago, the "Classic" interface. You want to be in the newer Lightning interface to match the lab instructions.
See where it says "Switch to Lightning Experience" on the upper right, next to your name? Click on that to get back to the correct interface.
It's possible you toggled into that one due to not setting the interface settings given at the top of the Lab 1a cover sheet. Be sure to do that before you continue.
