Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

explain the problem clearly
You get that message when you are trying to install the grader app into an account where the grader app is already installed. Once it's installed you don't need to install it again. You just use it again to grade the next lab and the next. Don't try to reinstall.
