I have redone the checkpoints 3 times and it is showing the same error. I am trying to correct my steps but it does not save and then it messes up checkpoint 4.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Ok, well from your screencap, I can see that the Pitch Everything view is missing Contact Name and Email, at least so you would use the popup you're showing to move those over from the left to the right side list and then click Save. The error message lists other fields that still need to be moved too.
Are you saying you did that and then copied the 1b line of code and pasted it and reran the scoring routine and refreshed the grader page and the scores aren't changing?
If so, then do these 6 steps below so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Then I will need your Salesforce Org ID so I can find your account:
Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.
On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information.
In the middle panel, look down in the right column for your Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com
