Hi,
I recently installed the grader but have been having problems generating a grade. I completed all the steps but It still says I haven't tried to generate my grades. Any solutions?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

Access to my account has already been granted after checking. Thank you for the help and I will be with my computer all night ready to troubleshoot anything.
Sure, Julia. Have him do these 3 steps so I can access his account myself:
1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
The returned results are always 0/20.
Hmm, we’ll make sure you are pasting in that one line of code and executing it and then you refresh the page, ok?
Note that the one line of code is different for each lab. You can see at the end of the line that it will say 1a or 1b, etc so make sure you copy and paste that each time.
You may also want to review the videos at the top of the grader page that show exactly what to do, step-by-step.
