Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Hello, I have a problem with the Marketing app tag, it has changed its label name to Marketing CRM Classis, this is making my grade not a 100 because Checkpoint 1 does not recognize this marketing as not being only "Marketing" and I can not change it, it has admin permission only, that is the only missing thing because my grade is 97, not 100 because of that. Please help me with this problem ,thank you.
Yes, Salesforce changed the name of the Marketing app last night for some accounts with others being updated next weekend. The grader has not yet been updated for this so there is no way to clear that error, even though you have it correct. We are about to message all instructors to let them know to add 3 points to the score for any student hitting this issue. For now, please do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I can generate a 100% grade cert for you. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
Then I will need your Salesforce Org ID so I can find your account:
Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.
On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information.
In the middle panel, look down in the right column for your Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com
