Oh, sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, only Salesforce itself can reset your pw and since these are free accounts, they don't provide support. The best thing to do when this happens is to abandon the account and get a brand new one by going to that same link that Max gives in Lab 1a. You can give the same email address but you'll need to pick a new Username is the original one is still on the old account. In Salesforce, usernames can be anything that LOOKS like an email address even if it is not a working one. For example, hippo@suitcase.sauce would work, assuming no one else has take it already.

Once you have the new account, if you already submitted your 1a grade certificate, you can skip 1a and just start at Step 5 of 1b because the first four steps of 1b are just to delete what you did in 1a.

If you didn't already submit your 1a grade cert you'll have to repeat those steps to get that, unfortunately. Just be sure you keep track of your username & pw for the new account from here on out and you should be ok.
