Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

So It seems like I had did something wrong in this lab starting at step 20-36, In order for me to fix this problem i have to abondon my account and make a new one and rebuy the package. One I dont have that type of money to be spending for this. two, I like my score but it says it would affect me in lab 2a and i was wondering how bad would that be. Three, IF i did go back to do steps 20-36 again would i have to do the whole assignment over ?
Yeah, so first, get your 1b grade certificate generated and downloaded for submitting so you're good with that.
Then, yes, it's really going to be better to fix this now so you can get through 2a smoothly. As noted in the instructions, you won't have to wind up paying double and you only would have to redo Steps 1-36 of 1b. That's it.
But if you don't want to get the new account, another alternative is to uninstall Max's Pitch Package and reinstall it and then just continue on to Step 36. Then you can go on to Lab 2a and all will be good.
You would be charged again for installing the package the 2nd time, but I would refund you or you can email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com for a promo code. Either way.
To uninstall the package:
Go to Setup.
Then, on the lefthand menu, go to Apps > Packaging > Installed Packages
In the middle, next to Max's Pitch Package, click Uninstall.
Then on the page that appears, scroll down and click "Do not save ..." and then in the popup click Ok
Then check "Yes, I want to uninstall..."
Then click the Uninstall button below
Soon you'll get an email from SF saying you uninstalled and when you reload the Packages page, Max's Pitch Package will be gone.
Then you can start up again at Step 5 and go to Step 36 and then to Lab 2a.
