I'm on step 80 of lab 1b and every time I try to create a new report it completely ruins my connection. I haven't had any other connection issues before this step nor do I get the same issues when I restart my browser. Every time I hit create a new report the screen never loads, once I close out the window and re start it my connection is fine. This is the only step that has done this. It could just be shotty internet connection but the fact that it only happens at this step confuses me.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Oh, sorry you're running into this. I've never heard of it before in 6 years of doing this! I'm wondering - have you set the browser settings given at the top of the cover page for Lab 1a?
Or maybe try another browser?
Also, try doing these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
I also have adblock off and allowed pop ups as some extra info! any help is appreciated but I understand if this is out of your control!
