Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I already purchased Max's Pitch Package for this class project months ago. I'm currently retaking this class again and I really hope I don't have to pay 20$ again for the pitch package when I did month's ago, but when I get to step 18 the Pitches tab doesn't show up. Any help would be much appreciated.
No worries. Happy to help. And for redoing the work, I'm afraid that it's hard to undo the old work or clear it out somehow so it's probably best to get a brand new account and I can give you a promo code so you can install the package again without paying this time. And you can start with Step 5 of Lab 1b, rather than redoing 1a at all. So that's an option. If you want to do that, just email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com
I just realized it was already there, I apologize thank you so much! Is there any way I would be able to clear out my previous work that was already done with the package so that I may be able to redo the labs or would that just mess things up? Thank you again for all your help!
Yeah, you should be ok using the same account with the package you already installed. That's not the problem. Sometimes, the browser takes awhile to catch up once you add the tab. Try logging out, closing your browser and logging back in and see if that fixes the problem. Let me know, ok?
