Step 33 indicates that the mapped fields should say 12 and unmapped 0. whereas, the mapped fields I am getting after performing the same steps are 10 and unmapped are 2.
Please let me know how to get that right. Thank You!

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Thank you, but I don't see any meeting when I go to object manager. Kindly help.
The previous screen should have shown which fields were unmapped. Usually this is due to misspelling fields when you created them so they don’t match the column headers in the import file. If you try again, see which fields are showing as unmapped and check the spelling and go to Setup > Object Manager > Meeting and then Fields & Relationships and then edit and fix the spelling errors.
