Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

What shall I do with the already imported data on the pitches object?
I don't know how to reset salesforce and delete all the progress I have done. I have finished lab 1a in both accounts and I am stuck on the report portion of 1b in both accounts
My Instructor asked us to just take screenshots of the pointers. Are you saying I should make another new account and start everything all over? If I do that won't I have to buy the Max pitch package again?
I'm sorry I did not understand, Can you tell me what I need to do now? I have different usernames for two accounts. I have granted you access to both. I did not understand what grader is
As far as I remember, I did remove the older pitches that I had made. Now is there a way I can fix this? Or do I have to open another account and do it all over again and pay again?
Normally, I would say that you didn't successfully import the data into the Pitch object earlier in the 1b steps but I see that you have installed Max's Pitch Package twice so I'm guessing you may be getting confused now between accounts and you have imported the data in one but you are now working in the other.
Also, I will refund your extra payment.
You may be someone who accidentally got two accounts with the same usernmame. Then you can only distinguish between accounts by the custom URL that was given in the Welcome email from Salesforce. If you have two emails from them with the same username, each email will show a different custom login URL that you must use to ensure you are in the account you think you're in.
If you do these 3 steps then I can access your account and I'll take a look. Let me know when you've done them, ok?
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
