After completing Lab 1b I went through the grading process and it showed I had to errors. I went back and corrected the errors using the steps provided. I went back to re-grade my work. Going through the process, it listed a grading error. I retried re-grading the work, and even redid all the corrections, but the same message appeared.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Does your Expected Value report have extra columns in it besides Expected Value?
I am having the same issue as William Yocum. I received the same grading error after correcting my errors from Steps 121-127 multiple times.
Ok, William. We got it sorted out. There were mistakes in one of your reports but the grader wasn't giving you the right error messages. Sorry about that. If you email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com I can give you the solution so you can get your points.

Sorry, yes, that shouldn't happen. Do these 3 steps so I can access your account and I'll see if I can fix it ok? Let me know when you've finished them and I'll get in and see what I can do.
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
