I went to grade my checkpoint 1 steps and was given the error that the Pitches tab was not showing up on the Marketing app. It is showing on it though as you can see on the bottom screenshot; I also re-did steps 14-18 as it told me to (twice) and it still shows up the same error.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

Sorry. That's our fault. Salesforce changed the name of the Marketing app to "Marketing CRM Classic" on 2/4 for some accounts and 2/11 for the rest. And this prevented the grader from finding the Pitches tab.
This has now been fixed but you need to uninstall the version of the grader app that you already installed and then install it again, the normal way, but you'll be getting the new, corrected version (v91).
The uninstall instructions appear below.

To uninstall the Max Labs Grader app:
Go to Setup
Then, on the lefthand menu, go to Apps > Packaging > Installed Packages
On the row for Max Labs Grader, click Uninstall
Then on the page that appears, scroll all the way down and click Do not save ... and then in the popup click Ok
Then check Yes, I want to uninstall...
Then click the Uninstall button below
Soon you'll get an email from SF saying you uninstalled and when you reload the Installed Packages page, the Max Labs Grader will be gone.
Then you can install the Max Labs Grader app again normally and it will be the new version (v91).
