Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I was on Step 6 on
Lab 1b and I click on the link where it take me to the Pitch Package Shop. I've clicked the green button that said "Buy Now for $19.99" and still nothing showed up. Should I leave the page and start over or should I refresh the page? I don't want to leave the page because on step 6 it said "do NOT close it right after you pay!!!"
No, it ok I finally got it to pay, I have to click on the link many times for it to happen
It is still not working, I can't pay for the Pitch Package
Well at this point, it's still ok to leave the page and try again. You just don't want to leave after you've paid. So try again, maybe in another browser if you have one, but make sure you're logged into your SF account before you go to pay, ok?
