when I download the given file on CVS only one out of 12 sections are mapped on the fields ( The business column) Is there any way I can change the format or do anything in setting for my SF account to read other 11 fields given on the file?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Sorry I missed this until now -
you see where it says Pitches (Pitch__c) on the upper left? That tells me that you are trying to import into the wrong Pitch object - maybe the one you created in Lab 1a. At the start of Lab 1b, Max tells you to delete the Pitch object you made in 1a. You need to go back and do those steps - you need to do every single step, in order, all the time to avoid problems.
When you installed Max's Pitch Package, it put in a new Pitch object for you to replace the one you built in 1a. That's the one - the new one - where you are supposed to import the records into and work with from there on.
So delete go to Setup > Object Manager and scroll down and find the Pitch object that says "Pitch__c" next to it and delete it using the little drop-down menu on the right end of that row. After that when you go to import, you will be choosing the remaining Pitch object, the one from the Max's Pitch Package installation.
Try that and then let me know, ok?
