Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I am trying to submit my Simulation 1b and on salesforce, it won't let me Install the grader app. I having to reinstall the grader app because it wouldn't let me reset my password from the last simulation, so I was forced to make a new account. i completed all 156 steps and I have the ss to prove it I just can’t send it through grader to get my certificate. I Also already paid the $20 to do the assignment. So can you let my account access the grader app?
Ok so the account you're trying to install into is the wrong kind account. It's supposed to be a Developer Edition account that you get by following the link given in the instructions. The account you have is ok for some stuff but not all of the exercises. So you'll need to follow that link and get a new one and use that one from now on. Email me at tim.hill@themaxlabproject.com and I'll reply with a promo code so you can install Max's Pitch Package into the new account without having to pay again, ok?
Also, it looks like you already did 1b successfully. I can generate a 100% certificate for you if you email me your name, student ID and the Org ID of that account which is found by doing this:
Click the little gear at the top right and then select Setup.
On the lefthand menu go to Company Settings and under that, click Company Information.
In the middle panel, look down in the right column for your Salesforce.com Organization ID and copy/paste that long string of numbers & letters and email it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com
