Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:
post in the right category

explain the problem clearly
I made a mistake in step one maybe is the excel information that I incorrectly submitted so that all the pitches are overlapped and complicated. But I mistakenly deleted most of my pitches so that the rest of the steps were wrong. So how can I do my 1b again and fix my problems? Thanks.
From you screencaps, I can't tell for sure if your data is really messed up that much but it might be. When it is messed up, you can't really reset. You have to abandon that account and get a brand new one. But you don't have to do 1a again. You can just start, with the new account, at Step 5 of Lab 1b and go from there.
