Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
Before you post make sure you check the Help FAQ for an instant solution first. Then, if you can't find it there, you can post your problem here and we'll get to it ASAP (within 24 hours), but be sure you:

Ok, good! Just follow along with every step and you should be fine from here on out. :)
Ok, so all I did was put your Pitches tab back in the Marketing app. It's there now and the fields map fine so you can pick up with Step 20 and continue.
BUT - the problems you ran into were due to not doing every step. You ran into mapping problems because you tried to import into the old Pitch object from Lab 1a which you should have deleted in Steps 1-4 of Lab 1b.
You need to do every single step, exactly right, in order, every time or you will run into constant major problems, ok? Thanks!

Yes this is where I got stuck but it doesn't pop up anymore. When I go to try to start a new import I can't because there is no Pitch tab. And before I deleted it I couldn't map (2) of the objects.
Well the old one is supposed to be gone at this point and you shouldn’t need it again. When you install Max’s Pitch Package you get a new Pitch object and a tab for that one. But you have to make the tab appear in the Marketing app. That’s what you do in Steps 14-20. Sometimes the Pitches tab takes a minute or two to appear after Step 20. You might have to reload the page once or twice. Is this where you’re stuck?

And confirm if that's what you're trying to do - get those screencaps from 1a.
You mean the one you created in 1a? Did you forget to take the screen captures and now you want to go back and get those? I can help you but it's probably easier for me to do it for you than to explain how it's done. If you do these 3 steps, then I can access your account and do it myself:
Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings
Click My Personal Information (upper left) and then Grant Account Login Access below that
On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
