Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Awesome! Great to hear it. Thanks for letting us know. Hopefully the rest will be smooth for you.
Thank you both. It worked this time!! I really appreciate all of the help!!
You had also typed in max_labs_grades.score.lab1A(); not max_labs_grades.score.lab1B();. For every new lab, you have to alter it for the respective lab you are working on.
Marisha, the report label that shows is not what the grader can recognize. There’s also a report name that needs to be corrected, probably. If you follow that link about how to fix it, it explains how to make sure the internal report name is correct too. Then when you regrade the grader can see that one and score it correctly.
Hi Christopher. yes I am typing in exactly that and I have re-done my "Total Expected Value of Pitches so far" section so it should be recognized when it is re graded.
Hi there, I am following up about my comment above. I am trying to re run the grader because it is saying that it cannot find a dashboard component report named "Total expected value of pitches so far" even though I know that I accomplished that the first time around. So I went back and re-did it and tired to run the grader again and the same error was happening that happened above. Please help. Thank you.
Hello Marisha, we looked into the situation for you and were able to run Lab 1B successfully.
What most likely occurred is an invalid command was typed into the developer console. Programming language is very picky and these things happen all the time. No worries though, the problem itself was fixed and you can continue moving forward with the rest of the labs.
Thanks again for reaching out in the forums, let us know if you run into any other issues or have any additional questions, take care!
I see it now. That’s a bug in our app. We can help you but can you do these 3 steps so we can access your account? 1. Log in and click on the character icon (upper right) and click My Settings 2. On the left, under My Personal Information, click Grant Account Login Access below that 3. On the row for The Max Labs Project Support, use the --No Access-- pull-down menu to select 1 month and click Save
No I can’t see it. I‘m on my mobile and it won’t show. Try emailing it to me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com, ok?
No, it won't even let me run the scoring routine using the line of code in the developer console. I tried attaching an image above of the error. did it not go through?
Well it must have grades your work if it’s showing and error. Do you mean you fixed the error and the error message is not going away? Are you remembering to run the scoring routine again, using that line of code in the Developer Console? If so, try posting a screencap so I can see what you’re talking about and I’ll try to help, ok?
