I have already finished the lab1(a), but when I tried to start lab1b, I forgot my password and I don't know the answer to this question either.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

this can happen when you accidentally get multiple accounts with the same username by clicking the submit button more than once when you’re getting your account. The best way to solve. This is to go back and get a new account now, but make certain that you set a completely different username only click submit one time, no matter what. then with the new account, install the grader and and you can start with Step 5 of Lab 1b and go from there. you don’t have to redo lab 1a.
