Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

For folks experiencing this problem, it is due to your browser's security/privacy settings being too strict. Refer to the instructions at the top of Lab 1a to fix your settings and then it will work fine.
