Once the link in 1b is opened and you press the green button you're redirected to PayPal with the option of debit/credit below. Every time I press it it redirects me to login to a PayPal account. How can I pay with my debit?

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Oh, maybe try another browser, like download Firefox or soemthing with no ad-blockers, etc. It's probably something like that in your current browser that's blocking the PayPal option you need.
