Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

For the last steps, my dashboard does not show the same data with the guideline, I will attach some photos to express the problem. The first picture is the guideline and the 2nd one is my dashboard. I can not find anyone with the same issue.
Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, so you made a mistake on Step 140 when you were creating the report that your dashboard gauge uses. Step 140 says to click on Add Column and then choose Expected Value. But you clicked on Add Group and then added Expected Value as a group. That messes up the report and that messes up the gauge you make from that report.
So to fix, you need to get rid of the dashboard, and then get rid of that report, and then make the report again, being sure to click on Add Column this time in Step 140. Then make the dashboard from that new report and the gauge will show properly.
To do this, first go to your Marketing app and click the Dashboards tab and you'll see your dashboard listed there. On that same row, on the far right, click the down-arrow to get a menu and select Delete and then in the confirmation pop-up, click the blue Delete button.
Next, click on the Reports tab and you should see your reports listed below. On the same row as Total Expected Value of Pitches So Far, on the far right, click the down-arrow to get a menu and select Delete and then in the confirmation pop-up, click the blue Delete button.
Now start again at Step 136 and go from there, being sure to click on Add Column in Step 140, and when you get to the end, your gauge will look right.
