I can't login from the purchase page, but I can login through going to the SalesForce website directly. Please help, I really don't have time to be dealing with this.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

It is the same info I've been using on salesforce and the same one I used on 1a for the grader too. I'll email my credentials and hopefully it lets you add it.
well, your login credentials don’t change when you do the installation. So there’s no reason you should be having this problem. If you want me to try to do it for you I can. You would need to send me your username and password and then when I try to login they will send you a verification code that I will need to get from you within 20 minutes, I think, for me to completely login. so I would suggest you close your browser completely and start over again with the installation and see if you can get it to work first. And then, if it still doesn’t, try emailing me your credentials and we can go from there. If you have to purchase again, I can refund you, so don’t worry about that.
