Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Not sure what you mean about files not being found. Just need to follow the instructions that will install components from one place in the cloud into your account in the cloud. Be sure to be already in your SF account, following Lab 1b steps. Turn off ad blockers and do not close the window after paying. Continue with the installation after paying.
We refunded your payment just now. Try again, maybe with a different browser and following the steps as explained above.
