Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

explain the problem clearly
I followed the link and purchased the package. it popped up a link to log into sales force and it wont take my username and password. I opened a seperate tab and tried to log in and it worked fine, but it wont let me login with the link from the package purchase so I havent been able to download it.
