Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

explain the problem clearly
On the directions it says I should have 12 mapped fields to import. However, I have 10 mapped and 2 unmapped. I look at previous posts asking for help with this issue but it said it check for any mispellings, which I can not find. I have tried to upload the file twice now and desperately need help. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you!
That would help so much! I just emailed you. Would there be any issues if I made a new email and started with 1b? Would I need to redo 1a as well?
