Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

explain the problem clearly
On the directions it says I should have 12 mapped fields to import. However, I have 10 mapped and 2 unmapped. I look at previous posts asking for help with this issue but it said it check for any mispellings, which I can not find. I have tried to upload the file twice now and desperately need help. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you!

Oh! Well, it's not really too easy to undo all the stuff you did in 2a at this point. I think the easiest thing to do would be to get a brand new account and then you can start with Step 5 of Lab 1b and go on from there. Hi! Sorry, I accidentally completed 2a prior to 1b. Is there a way to redo this or delete all I have done for 2a so I can do 1b?
Oh, strange! You've been doing Lab 2a then but why are you now doing Lab 1b? You can't really go out of order. The labs build on each other. You're supposed do to them in order: 1a then 1b then 2a then 2b, etc. It won't work if you go in different order.

Ok, from looking at your screencap, I'm guessing that you are importing into the old Pitch object you made in Lab 1a rather than the new one that got added as part of Max's Pitch Package. To prevent that from happening, you were supposed to delete the old one in Steps 1-4 of 1b. Did you not do that?
If not, then you should do that now and then when you come back to this point, you will have selected the corrrect Pitch object that has those 2 fields that are columns in the input file but that don't appear in your Pitch object from Lab 1a.
