Thank you so much. Upon going back to complete the first 4 steps again, no delete button appeared, but only edit. Upon starting lb, I did complete those steps in which i was able to delete the old pitch. However, I ran into issues around step 56, in which I deleted all filters. My screen also does not resemble the image that's listed under step 49. I have given you access to my account. It should be under the email beginning with ms.hayes as that is the account that has the installed MaxLabs DataFiles.

Ok, I see is that my guess was wrong. You don't have the old Pitch object from Lab 1a anymore. You deleted it properly The real reason that you had only 5 Pitch records showing up in your Pitch Everything list view is that you had added the filter "Type = Angel" to that listview instead of the Angels Only list view. So that's why you were only seeing the 5 Angel records in Pitch Everything. I removed that and now there are 10 records showing.

Also you had somehow removed Pitch ID from the columns showing in the Pitch Everything list view so that's probably why you said yours looked different from the one shown after Step 49. I added that column back for you and now with the 10 records, it looks the same except for the Pitch IDs themselves (see below).

Then you need to add the "Type = Angels" filter to the Angels Only listview and then that will show just the 5 Angel records. So click on your Pitches tab, select Angels Only and pick up with Step 59.

But I see that you had imported the 10 records and then deleted them all and imported them again so now your Pitch records have IDs that range from P-010 to P-019 instead of P-000 to P-009. That's kind of ok for Lab 1b but it will be a problem for later labs because you will be importing Meeting records that will be specifically looking to match up with pitch records that have the P-000 thru P-009 pitch IDs. IDs are tricky because the system assigns them and makes sure they will always be unique so that no two records have the same ID, so you can edit them once they've been assigned. So that's harder to fix.

There are two options:

1) You can undelete all the original Pitch records you imported first by using the Recycle Bin app. Go to App Launcher > Recycle Bin and they select the 10 Pitch records and undelete. Then delete the 10 extra ones with pitch IDs of 010 thru 019. But then, in Lab 2a, when you add Pitch records, they will get IDs that are 10 higher than they're supposed to be. That's ok as long as you remember that you mentally add 10 to any pitch ID mentioned in the instructions.

2) You can abandon your Salesforce account and get a brand new one and start over at Step 5 of Lab 1b (no need to do Lab 1a again). And you can email me at tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com to get a promo code so you don't have to pay again to install Max's Pitch Package. And you can catch up to where you were fairly quickly, especially since you've done those steps before. Just be sure this time to only import the 10 records one time. Computers are super-picky so you have to do everything just exactly the way it says and then it'll all work out fine.
