Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Hello there,
As I was trying to follow the step by step instructions and was half way through the Lab 1a, I got kicked out of the page and when I tried to redo the whole thing all over again, they system gave an error saying that "The object name is already in use". What should I do in this case? If you can please assist me. thank you!
Yeah, that's why the cover page says it's not a good idea to try to redo stuff - you can create multiple object with the same name. You already have a Pitch object. You can't create another one unless you delete the first one first. If you have a mistake, then just fix the mistake. Don't try to start over again.
If the grader is showing an error, it has a link showing how to fix the error. Did you try that?
