On Step 71 it instructs me to open the App launcher to open the marketing app. When I open the App Launcher there is no marketing app. After doing research I found that through the App Menu I could make the Marketing App visiable in the App Launcher. Even after clicking the prompt to make the Marketing CRM Classic app visiable it sitll dones not apprear in the App Launcher, and is not letting me open the Marketing App.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.
