Ok, are you saying you never were even able to log into the new account? If that's the case, it's probably due to using an email host this time, like maybe your school email system, that has link-checker like Safelinks. This is a security add-on software that checks links before you receive them. When it does that with the message that Salesforce sends, it "ruins" the link because the link can be used only once and the checker has used it already before you even receive the email.

If that's what's going on, you need to use a regular email that is not hosted by your school or some organization that is screening the links for you. Like you could just get a new Gmail account, just for use with the labs. Then use that address when you submit the form for a new Salesforce account at that link I gave you. That should help. @Arashjot Pawar No there is no way to delete an existing account. You have to get a new one.

The link I'm talking about is given on page 2 of the instructions. You have to go there and follow the instructions. It shows you exactly what the page will look like with the form - it doesn't ask for a pw, so you're not using the link given.

Do you see in the instructions where that is given? Read the words around it on how to get a proper account.

Computers are very picky. You have to follow each and every step exactly. If you see something in bold red caps, it's very important and you should follow it to save lots of wasted time later.

Now, when you get a new account, you can give the same email but you will need to choose a new Username because the old one is still on the old account. In Salesforce, Usernames can be anything that LOOKS like an email address, even if it is not real. So for example you could use hippo@suitcase.sauce if you wanted, assuming no one else has used it yet. Just make sure you remember it and always log into the new account from now on - never the old one, ok?
