Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, the account server has been slow this week and then when you try a bunch of times you wind up with multiple accounts and they get confused in your browser and you have trouble logging in. This was a big problem on Monday. Is that when you were trying?
Anyway, have you logged into any of them successfully yet? If not, I would suggest starting over by getting a new account now, using a different email (maybe get a brand new Gmail account just for this) and a totally different username and be sure to click Submit only once, no matter how long it takes, just wait for it. And even then use a new, different browser with this new account and that should be ok.
