I attempted to access my Salesforce account after creating my account, but I encountered an issue. The system consistently displays the message: 'Please check your username and password. If you still can't log in, contact your Salesforce administrator.' I am confident that my username and password are accurate, as they have previously allowed me access. However, on the day I successfully logged in and attempted to download the auto-grader, the system suddenly failed to log in, presenting the same error message. Since then (one week ago), I have consistently been unable to log in, and each time I attempt, I receive the same error message. I am unsure about the next steps to take, and I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue promptly, as it is hindering my ability to proceed with my labs.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

I don't have access to reset the pw to your account. Only Salesforce can do that and they don't officially support these accounts we're using since they're free, but sometimes students are able to call them and just get them to at least reset the pw for them. The number is 1-800-667-6389. Try calling them and just ask them to do a reset and then you should receive an email with a link to click on to reset your pw to whatever you want. That email will go to the email address you gave when you filled out the form for the account.
Let me know, ok?
In addition, I want to highlight that, like others who have shared similar challenges, I also attempted to log in using the link sent to my email. Unfortunately, this approach did not resolve the issue. When I tried to reset my password, I encountered another obstacle—it requested the answer to a security question that I never set up initially. Therefore, I do not have the correct answer for this security question. This situation is impeding my progress, and I urgently need assistance so I can promptly resume work on my Max lab. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
If you go back to the original email that Salesforce sent you when you first got your account, there should be a link there that they tell you to use when you login. That’s a specialized link that goes with the username they gave you. Try using that link to login and let me know, OK? You might also want to try a different browser.
