Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Yeah, sorry that error message is a little confusing and we need to fix that on our end. It leaves out that Pitch ID needs to stay there at the top of the left column. Since the error message didn't mention it, you took it out which makes sense but it needs to be there. If you put it back, above Business Name and Save and rescore & refresh, that should fix it.
