Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

explain the problem clearly
I have been stuck on step 74 on lab 1a because my sales force is now showing me the 'tabs' option. I tried moving onto step #80 but also can't find the 'pitches' tab either and my website format looks different than Max's screenshots. Please help me out if you can.
When you clicked the gear to go to Setup, you clicked on SERVICE Setup instead of just plain Setup. Always click on Setup. Never Service Setup
