I am having trouble with this step, I tried to click the "Select Fields to Display" and it is grey so it will not let me click it.

Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

It’s bc you’re still on Recently Viewed. You were suppose to chance that to All.
Computers are super picky. You have to make sure you get all the details right to make them work properly, unfortunately.
