Sorry you're stuck but there's almost always a pretty easy fix! Do NOT try to start all over again, eg. uninstall Max's Pitch Package, etc. That can make things worse.

Some mobiles aren't supported, unfortunately. I can check for you tomorrow if you email me your username and pw to tim.hill@themaxlabsproject.com. Happy to do that.
But for now, note that the steps for the mobiles are not graded by the grader so if you can't do them, but only do the laptop steps, you can still get 100%.
